Return and Refund Policy

At Shlokavya, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you face any issue, please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The product is incorrect, defective, or expired
• The product received does not match the order

Consumable products like camphor, perfumes, food items, and ritual items cannot be returned once opened.

2. Return Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by sharing:

• Order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• Description of the problem

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after:

1. Verification of the issue
2. Approval by the Quality Team
3. Product pickup (if applicable)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

If the item is in stock, we will replace the product instead of issuing a refund, as per customer preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items purchased during clearance sales
• Customized or special-order products

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Delivery Issues

If the courier marks the package as delivered but the customer hasn’t received it, an investigation will be conducted with the courier partner. Refund/replacement will be given only after confirmation.
